Mom went shopping today and got a lot of healthy food but she also got the "usual junk food". Since my brothers home he likes the normal junk food, Pringles, and cheese curls. All I know is it's a lot easier to reach for some junk food for breakfast then prepare something. I'm hoping the working out will make me less lazy too! Is that too much to expect from Cardio?

Blah
It's soo weird I slept until 11:30am and then I woke up feeling so groggy and just like I should go back to sleep. I did go to sleep at 2am so I got over 9 hours of sleep. So weird I think I had too much sleep? I really need to get my sleep patterns adjusted! I'm wondering if there's certain foods that are going to give me more energy and I'm assuming that going to the gym and doing some much appreciated cardio will definitely make me more energetic. I hate being soo tired over nothing. People must get energy from working out though I mean look at cheerleaders they're always so perky (well the good ones at least) and they do a lot of cardio. It just sucks getting into the swing of things though!!
