I also did a swimming class on Saturday which hurt sooo bad I hurt for 2 days after that which i guess is good but still ouch.
The last time I weighed myself I had gone up 5 pounds which i figured was from Bloating since I weighed myself at night. But then today I weighed myself in the morning and I was back down. So thats good I'm hoping we actually make it to Weight Watchers this week because the past couple weeks we haven't and its kinda hard to track your progress at home since you always weigh something different.
I think I have to go back to the gym tonight because I really don't want to plateau or gain. Plus I have really bad periods and I read that if you exercise 2 days a week that you'll get your period lighter.
Yesterday it was sooooo warm it was like 84 degrees now its 59 brrrrrr which 59 for upstate new york is pretty warm but I'm freezing my mom seems to think it's cus I lost weight but idk.
I might start Journaling again with the food stuff I haven't written down what I'm eatting I just eat when I'm hungry which seems to work but idk i feel like i should write down what i eat.
